LEVEL 2-3, Raw Power Yoga class #18, with Tracy Gulbransen

This level 2-3, Power Yoga Class #18  combines dynamic movements to give you a very well-rounded workout. A single leg squat series, side planks, shoulder stability and sun salutations to strengthen every bit of you…then we take a little vacation in your mind in the the closing poses in a sweet Savasana surrounded by the gentle sounds of the falling rain.
