Power yoga instruction and personal training are my life. I teach my own enhanced style of Power Yoga which I call “RAW Power Yoga”, both online and in person at Equinox in Palo Alto, I host private yoga classes two times per week, and I teach personal in-home yoga for Palo Alto area clients in both one-on-one settings and for small groups at special events and gatherings. I train athletes in all stages of fitness, and with a wide range of fitness goals from semi-professional golfers and bicycle racers, to cardiac rehab patients in their 90s. Group getaways are a really fun way to take fitness with you and introduce it to your friends, or do something different with your friends who are already fitness fans. I will design a fitness plan around your time away, utilizing the areas we are in and the movements you love most.
