Online Power Yoga class #17 gently introduces poses one by one, until you’re warm and ready for more.  Then we turn up the heat a little, but don’t be intimidated.  Your body will thank you for this powerful experience of lengthening and strengthening, with a sweet focus on wrist mobility and spinal elongation, allowing the rib cage to really get some fresh, oxygenated blood flow.  Our new online power yoga student, Barry Johnson, helps set a tone that is playful & achievable.  So roll out your mat and get ready to SMILE wide. 🙂  XO, Tracy.  (and don’t forget to foam roll!)
