LEVEL 2-3, Raw Power Yoga class #16

Level 2-3. This class is for anyone who wants to sweat, sculpt and leave their comfort zone to work a little harder than usual. We start slow…get real warm and then bring the heat with eagle twists, glute drops and as always….core galore! Here’s lookin’ at you kid!
