This 60 minute Power Yoga class is a challenging workout for those who don’t like the gym or anyone needing that extra push to move it and groove it. Our swift pace aims to get the heart rate up and invites you to sweat and get the blood pumping. A practice that invites you to open your mind and heart to new things.
This “Power Yoga” sequence provides a full-body experience to connect you to your spirit, burn calories, and invigorate your core. It also has you so focused in what you’re doing, you get all the benefits of being completely present. That’s a rare beauty these days.
The mindset focus connects you to your breath and gets the blood pumping! This is my version of “Get it ALL in, in a quick hour of Power!” I invite you to arrive on your mat with an open mind and heart.
