Level 2-3, 70 minutes. Shelter at Home Yoga class 3 is up! Our continually growing (and hopefully improving) series has another episode. Sheesh I wish Blue Bloods added episodes this often. Class 3 starts off in Ashtanga style with salutation flow, moves into a strong lower body/core balance burn and wraps into some abdominal burning heat!
