RAW Power Yoga class #2, with Tracy Gulbransen

Level 2-3, 60 minutes.  RAW Power yoga class 2 is UP! This class is our second in this Shelter at Home inspired series. Filmed from more angles than our first class in this series, 4 total, including one angle from directly overhead, my instruction is very effectively illustrated throughout the class. Perhaps even more so than while taking this class in person. The class includes a solid build up of athletic, lengthening movements that raise your heart rate and keep you extremely mindful of every muscle in your body. Following the physical part of class, there also includes a calming peaceful meditation at the end. I hope you enjoy this my loves, Tracy 🙂

  1. This class was amazing Tracy ! The flow was challenging and well balanced and left me feeling like I had a total body work out as well as mental calm and zen ! I was able to get into poses by simply hearing your cues , while also having the added visual aid of your student .
    Thank you for providing this video and your wonderful teaching and energy !
