Level 2-3, 70 minutes. RAW Power Class #13 is 70 minutes long, plus 5 optional minutes of final meditation at the end. This class allows you to be a little playful with your poses, while we “dance”, fold, reach and strive to better ourselves. Hips get a strong opening, while the rest of the body gets a warm sense of love all over. Love yourself people!
