This 40 minute class is abundant in slow, deep, lengthening movements that will have you feeling warm and cozy and ready to relax. Stacey & I take you through a series of reaching out of your rib cage, getting those intercostal muscles elongated. We move into hamstring stretches using your blocks. This allows you to give yourself a little prop so you can stay longer. Let yourself linger in the absolute glory of creating that deeper myofascial release. We breath deeply and then settle in to a meditation of blissful self love. Your mind and body will be ready for a great night sleep. XXOO T
