RAW Power Yoga class #7, with Tracy Gulbransen

Level 2-3, 75 minutes.  Hello my beautiful yogis.  Class 7 is here and it’s all about opening up your hips.  Just when you thought they were open…. we go back in again & again….to restore, to nurture and to heal. And of course we touch all the other muscle groups too, for a full body/balance challenged workout. Come in and stay a while.  Enjoy the burn.
