RAW POWER YOGA CLASS #11, with Tracy Gulbransen

Level 1-2, 60 minutes.  Hello my beautiful yogis! Our RAW Power Yoga online class #11 is a new step. A calmer step. An easier step if you like. It’s a level 1-2 difficulty class that allows us to stop…and breath, and reflect a little bit. Our focus is lengthening the hamstrings, touching all the feel good spots, and remembering that yoga is not only great for us, but FUN! 🙂
